IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENT/GUARDIAN
1. Kindly fill the required information in your ward's diary (on all the pages).
2. The school diary is an important link between parents and the class teacher, hence it must be seen and signed by the parents on a regular basis.
3. Parents are requested to ensure that children's text and exercise books are correctly covered, labeled and brought to school as per the timetable. These should be properly maintained throughout the year.
4. Parents are requested to refrain from conferencing with the child's teacher at the time of drop-off or pick-up.
5. Please do not discuss sensitive issues with the teacher in front of your child. Little ears can pick up so much.
6. Parents are requested to ensure that the students bring healthy food in their tiffin.
7. They must carry tiffin if they come for morning sports. Keeping security in mind, tiffin/lunch packets and water bottles sent later will not be accepted. Kindly avoid sending non-vegetarian food in your ward's tiffin.
8. It is the duty of the parents to ensure that their ward(s) are regular, punctual, properly dressed, and always bring their school diary with them. Your ward must reach the school on time.
9. Do not send your child to school in case of illness. Please be considerate of others.
10. Parents are requested to discourage their ward(s) from using private cars, scooters, etc., for coming to the school.
11. Students are not allowed to carry any valuables to school. The school shall not be responsible for any loss or damage.
12. In case there is any change in address/phone/mobile number of the parent during the mid-session, it should be intimated to the class teacher.
13. Bringing mobile phones to school is strictly prohibited. Strict action will be taken against the child, including confiscation of the mobile set.
TUITION FEES
- Kindly deposit your ward's fee in the bank by the 10th of the first month of every quarter.
